We are so grateful for all of the community support!

SEE BELOW FOR details to think about before you register.

Once again we are excited to have online registration! Please let us know if you run into any hiccups with the process.   You will be able to  select the correct form from the button above, or fill out the embedded forms below.

NOTE: we do not offer “raw beginner” classes outside of the Kids KLKP program. But we DO offer beginner.. so there is TiME to access some lessons prior to arriving at KLKP.

For KIDS KLKP, raw beginners on fiddle, guitar or ukulele is welcome.

NOTE: all registrants must provide their own instruments. They can be rented at a place like Long& McQuade for very reasonable rates.

For Regular KLKP Camp AND Bridge Program Teens:

Guitar and piano players should have an understanding of their instrument and several chords/ scales. Fiddler should be able to play several simple tunes. Banjo players should have a solid bum-diddy going on.

Offered each week are different instruments. Here is the breakdown..

Week TWO: Fiddle / INtermediate- Advanced Cello /  multi-leveled Banjo  / Guitar/ Piano / Art / Trad Band with Vocals and all instruments as well as “accompany yourself singing” with Rob Skeet.

A few notes for all camp registrations:
– You will need to fill out one form per person, per week of camp.
– The form will tally the amount you owe, but you cannot pay online. E-Transfers or checks only!

There is an option to make a camp donation to assist us in providing programming to those who cannot afford the full freight.  We are very appreciative for any assistance, but there is no obligation.

If Michele has set it up correctly, you should receive an email detailing all your registration choices when you submit the form, and we will send you another confirmation email once we receive your payment.

What is the difference between “School of Rock” in Week one, and “Trad Band” in Week Two and “Accompany yourself” with Rob Skeet?

1. School of Rock: Anthony Kelly and Morgan Turk will be leading School of Rock: to register, you must already be quite confident on your instrument, as focus will be on playing as a band, learning the music, presenting, creating harmonies and vibes… etc.

2. Trad Band: Donna Turk and Jacquie Walbaum will be leading the TRAD Band in week two: this will focus on highly arranged vocals usually focusing on modern/ pop songs, incorporating trad tunes, pad lines, harmonies, rhythms, You must be adept on your instrument, as you will be coached – not taught to play!

3. Accompany Yourself: this is focused on folks who want to sing a lot of tunes, usually classics, and learn to perform, play along with themselves, create some harmonies.  Instruction will be provided on your instrument as well as coaching on your vocals and instruction on how to perform by a master of crowd control!

In all of these streams, participants will be able to sign up for ELECTIVES to get direct instruction on their instruments at their appropriate levels – from vocal coaching, to advanced fiddle/ cello/ etc. the electives are diverse and allow participants to stretch their musical muscles.
